Geveko Markings acquires Farby Maestria Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poland

Geveko Markings is excited to announce the acquisition of Farby Maestria Polska Sp. z o.o. from the French coatings group Peintures Maestria and other minority shareholders. This strategic move strengthens Geveko Markings' geographic footprint in Eastern Europe and will enable us to provide an even better service in the region to existing and new customers of Farby Maestria Polska and Geveko Markings.

The acquisition encompasses one production and distribution site in Płońsk about an hour north of Warsaw and warehouse facilities in the Warsaw area. The business is an excellent fit with Geveko Markings' existing presence in the region and strategy of expanding core business in growth markets.
