Guiding Safer Streets Through Sustainability
Geveko Markings has released its Sustainability Report 2025, highlighting how sustainability, road safety, and responsible business practices come together to support safer, more inclusive, and resilient mobility.
As cities grow and mobility systems become more complex, the need for clear, durable guidance on the road has never been greater. At Geveko Markings, we believe road markings play a vital role in protecting vulnerable road users, supporting efficient traffic flow, and enabling safer streets for everyone.
The Sustainability Report 2025 reflects a year of strong progress across environmental, social, and governance priorities. In 2025, we strengthened our climate foundation through full Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions baselines, advanced lifecycle and durability thinking, reinforced health and safety efforts, and enhanced governance and transparency in line with recognised reporting standards.
Guided by our Scandinavian heritage, we are ambitious in our commitment to safer and more sustainable mobility and committed together across our organisation to turning that ambition into action. Sustainability is embedded in how we design products, run operations, and collaborate with customers and partners worldwide.
The Sustainability Report 2025 demonstrates how Geveko Markings continues to make its mark responsibly guiding behaviour, protecting lives, and supporting the transition towards safer, greener, and more inclusive transport systems.

Markings that lead the way
At Geveko Markings, we see the bigger picture where a road marking increases safety, guides, inspires and protects millions of people every single day. That is why we consider road markings to be life savers.
We aim to develop road marking materials that increase traffic safety in places where our products can make a real difference. A good example is how our road markings help control and separate traffic and create safe zones for unprotected road users such as pedestrians, cyclists, and wheelchair users.
Another is how our tactile road markings alert the visually impaired to proceed cautiously, increasing their independence and quality of life.
Overall, our products make the traffic flow efficiently, which is an essential part of a well-functioning infrastructure. Especially in a world that is constantly moving while also focusing on minimising the environmental impact on the planet.
Our approach to a sustainable future
To enable a future with safer, more sustainable, and more efficient mobility, it is essential that we take on a holistic approach. Both when it comes to our business, our actions, and the impact we leave behind. At Geveko Markings, our approach must support growth as well as improvements in profits, environmental impact, social impact, and governance.
Only with a holistic approach that takes all these aspects into account, can we ensure that our business is sustainable so we can continue “Marking the future with you”.
