Geveko Group AB, parent of the Geveko Markings Group, has published its 2024 Annual Report, marking the Group’s strongest performance in recent years. Revenue rose by 14.3%, and EBITDA reached EUR 34.5 million, reflecting growth across core markets.

Restated Report for Geveko Holding AB

We are also publishing a restated 2024 Annual Report for Geveko Holding AB. This restated version replaces the prior version published on April 29, 2025. The restated report reflects anticipated dividends from subsidiaries. The consolidated results remain unchanged, but the Geveko Holding AB company figures are updated to reflect the dividends.
