Geveko Markings acquires Flexitherm Australia Pty. Ltd.

      Geveko Markings has acquired Flexitherm Australia Pty. Ltd., one of Australia’s most respected manufacturers of preformed thermoplastic road markings.

      The acquisition of Flexitherm enables Geveko Markings Australia to instantly react to customer needs at local level, whilst continuing to promote and grow its flagship PREMARK® brand.

      The acquisition includes manufacturing capabilities in Newcastle, Australia and an experienced and dedicated team.

      Ian Cocoran, Managing Director in the Asia Pacific region, will be responsible for the integration of Flexitherm and the future growth within our preformed thermoplastic product range in Asia Pacific.
