Adbruf is recognized as a capable manufacturer and supplier of horizontal road marking materials, decorative materials and resin pavement surfacing systems.

The product portfolio offered by Adbruf is complementary to Geveko Markings offerings and includes hot applied thermoplastic, paints, colour-coated aggregates and resin surfacing products for decorative areas and high friction surfacing.

Adbruf has 41 employees and is located in Dorset in the South West of England. It has a long heritage dating back to 1964, a good domestic market position in the UK, and a considerable amount of export sales of its resin surfacing systems.

The purchase of Adbruf reflects Geveko Markings’ strategy to strengthen and develop its presence in Europe and to further expand its global footprint as a leading and value adding supplier of high quality road and pavement marking materials.

Adbruf will bring Geveko Markings broader access to the UK road markings market, which is the second largest in Europe, and an additional product line to accelerate growth. During the coming months, we will fully integrate the company and its employees into our operational structure and shared service functions.

Preformed Markings Ltd. and Allglass Ltd will continue to operate as independent companies part of Geveko Markings Group.

The results of Adbruf will be consolidated from April 11, 2018. The acquisition will directly contribute to the revenue and earnings of Geveko Markings Group.
