Geveko Markings Acquires PPG Traffic Solutions Business in Australia and New Zealand
Geveko Markings is excited to announce the acquisition of PPG's Traffic Solutions business in Australia and New Zealand (formerly known as Ennis-Flint Australia and New Zealand). This strategic move strengthens Geveko Markings' product portfolio and will enable us to provide an even better service in the region.
The acquisition encompasses two production facilities located in the Sydney and Melbourne areas, along with distribution centres in Brisbane and Perth. Additionally, there is a distribution and sales office in New Zealand. The business is an excellent fit with Geveko Markings' existing operations in the region, positioning us as a market leader in both the highway and off-highway segment.
CEO of Geveko Markings Group, André D. Thomsen, shared his enthusiasm, stating: "The acquisition marks a significant milestone in our commitment to delivering the best products and services to our customers in Australia and New Zealand.”
