Repair
Once the damage is done, you must act quickly to repair the road and avoid potential accidents. Depending on the size of the damage, we recommend using either our hot-applied repair product ChipFill™ on its own or in combination with AggreFill™ - or our liquid cold repair product, PlastiRoute™ Concrete Repair Compound. These products provide a fast and easy repair of the road with a minimal downtime of traffic.
Prevention
By consistently maintaining the roads, you can nip potential damages in the bud or stop them from growing bigger than they already are. Regular upkeep not only extends the lifespan of the surface but also improves safety and reduces long-term repair costs. Our easy-to-apply products make it simple to carry out preventive maintenance ensuring roads stay in top condition with minimal disruption.
Preparation
To ensure the best application result, it is to have even and well-prepared surface. For cobblestone areas (and un-even asphalt), we recommend using ChipFill™ to fill in the joints between the stones. This makes it possible to apply preformed markings on top. On un-even asphalt areas, you can also use the self-levelling PlastiRoute™ Concrete Repair Compound to level out the surface. This is recommendable for paint or plural component applications.
