At Geveko Markings, we are building a strong controlling team who will be in charge of optimising and controlling group production, supporting continued growth and implementing future acquisitions. In that connection, we are looking for a Production Controller for a newly created position.
Due to our rapid international growth, we are currently strengthening our controlling area to ensure that we can support our local units and manage the whole concern in an effective and professional manner. As the Production Director’s right hand you will be responsible for creating a valid, productive and business oriented production report in the local units as well as on a group level.
Your tasks will include:
- Developing processes, standards and models for production controlling and on-site cost accounting, furthermore implementation and follow-up on these to ensure continued improvement of production
- Further development of KPI setup (cost, salary, stock, procurement) for the six current production sites and the additional supply chain
- Analysing and evaluating KPI’s per site as well as on a Group level in order to ensure and improve valitidation of KPI results
Along with the Production Director, the CFO, the Financial Controller, the BI Manager and accounting, you will be part of a team with ample opportunity for professional inspiration and sparring.
You have experience with production controlling from a large production company
We imagine that you have a relevant educational background, e.g. MSc(Econ.), and that you currently work as a production controller or a business controller focusing on the production area. As a result, you are used to working close to the production and have an ongoing dialogue with production management. Alternatively, you work in a position where you wish to work closer to the production. If you have experience with production-related due diligence processes and with implementing new units in the existing production controlling setup, it is considered a plus. We expect you to be an Excel superuser who works comfortably in Data Warehouse and current ERP systems. Also, you must be fluent in English and find it exiting to work in the productions abroad for approx. 20-25 days a year.
